Weekend update Dec 1st: T100 and SOT; racquet balance

Played only one on Friday for 3 double sets: 7-2, 7-5, 4-6. The T100-2 had loose string while SOT had old string.

First set with SOT against a beginner. Second set trailing 1-3 then change to T100-2. Last set against string opponents, set not completed at 9 pm with 4-6 score. Tough using old balls and loose string.

SOT string has been cut now. I was swinging some racquets on the weekend and noticed a parameter I had not looking at before which is the balance. I wonder how my T100 swing easier than ATS 98 (as heavy as PS97). So lo and behold, T100 balance is 31.0 cm while ATS 98 is 31.5 cm, Pro Staff 97 is 31.5 cm, Rad OS is 32.0 cm, CX 200 tour is 31.0 cm, Ultra Tour/Pro is 31.0 cm, and MG Rad MP is 32.5 cm. The 5mm difference is pretty big. So this is one of the parameter I should keep an eye on when trying it out racquet.

The TW strung measurement is significant with PS97 at >330mm or 4 HL while CX 200 Tour at 319mm or 7 HL; no wonder I can lead them up.
